I had a problem with my order and reached out asking for either a replacement or a refund, which seemed reasonable to me. To be fair, they did respond, but the whole process dragged on way too long and the messages weren’t always very clear. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do think situations like this should be handled more straightforwardly. In the end, I still didn’t feel like it was resolved the right way, and it left me frustrated.

I wasn’t expecting there to be that many template options, which was nice, even if it meant I spent way longer choosing than I planned. I was just trying to make a simple family photo book, but then I kept finding cute designs and changed my mind about three times, because apparently I needed more decisions in my life.

That said, it did make the whole process a lot easier since I didn’t have to start from scratch and pretend I’m a professional designer. Everything looked polished without much effort, so yeah, I’m really happy with how it turned out.

I’m sure these editing tools worked exactly how I needed them to. Making edits was super easy, no confusion at all. The only thing is that it did slow down a bit here and there, but overall, I’d say it was absolutely solid...

I couldn’t figure out how to use this app at all. Nothing felt clear or easy to navigate, and after a while it started to feel like the company cares more about getting money out of users than actually making the experience helpful

The prints turned out fine. No issues there. Delivery just took longer than expected. It was not awful. Just a bit annoying.

I don’t know, it just felt way too expensive for what it is. Like, I expected more for the price, and then I kept thinking I probably could’ve gotten something similar for less. It’s not terrible or anything, but yeah, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money.

I tried uploading my photos, but it just kept failing on me. The whole thing felt hit or miss, and in my case it mostly missed. I couldn’t get my pictures uploaded in the end, which was frustrating.

I tried putting together a photo book, and it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The pages were slow to load, some buttons just wouldn’t respond, and a couple times I got kicked back and had to redo things. It felt like every time I figured out what the site wanted, the goalposts moved and something else stopped working. I ended up giving up before I even got to ordering. Maybe it works fine for other people, but it was not a good experience for me.

I’m happy with my simpleprints order overall. The book came out looking really nice, and it was easy enough to put together. Shipping took around a little longer than I expected, but the quality was solid. I’d use them again.

I ordered a photo book for my mom as a quick gift, and overall it turned out okay. The book itself was nice and she still appreciated it, but a few of the pictures came out darker than they looked when I uploaded them, so I’m not sure what happened there. It feels like that’s something that could’ve been checked a bit better before printing. Still a decent gift, just not quite the “wow” I was hoping for.

I was happy with the shipping cost. Sometimes shipping pops up at checkout and feels like a whole surprise fee, but this didn’t feel like that at all. It was simple, it was fair, and my order showed up just fine. I’d use them again.

I wasn’t sure how well this would hold up over time, but it’s been a few months now and it still looks really good. I’ve used it regularly, and it’s held up way better than I expected. Definitely a nice surprise...

I ordered this photo book thinking it would be something nice to keep and maybe even show off during a family get-together, but that plan pretty much fell apart when it arrived. It felt flimsy and kind of cheap, not at all like a keepsake. I was expecting something that felt special and lasting, but it just wasn’t worth getting excited about

The box showed up crushed and the print inside was bent, which was really disappointing. I was excited to receive it, but it felt like the packaging wasn’t handled with much care, and the issue didn’t seem to matter much.

I was frustrated with the design tools. I thought it would be simple, but I couldn’t move things around the way I wanted, and the templates felt way too locked in. What should’ve been a quick project turned into this unexpected stress, and after spending way too much time on it, it still didn’t look right. I don’t see myself using it again

I don’t really see what there is to complain about. The checkout went smoothly for me, and I didn’t run into any problems at all.

I was really looking forward to getting these photos printed, but I mostly noticed right away that the colors just didn’t look quite right. A few of the pictures came out darker than they looked on my phone, and some of the brighter colors felt kind of muted. The paper itself was okay, nothing awful, and shipping was totally fine, but I kept focusing on how off the prints looked. Overall, I just don’t think they were worth it for me

The prints came out looking good, so I’ll give them that, but the paper itself felt thinner than I expected. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it kind of felt like they were trying to save a little on materials while still making the final product look nice at first glance. Not terrible, just not as sturdy as I was hoping for.

Support got back to me fast. They were nice. They fixed my issue right away.

I was excited to make a photo book, and to be fair, the finished concept could’ve been really nice if the layout hadn’t kept shifting around. It’s impressive how something that looks so simple still managed to turn into a mess every time I tried to adjust it.
